When you submit the careers application or the optional contact form, we collect the details you provide — which may include your name, email address, phone number, message, role of interest, years of experience, a portfolio or Instagram link, and (for applicants) an uploaded resume.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information through analytics — for example, your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. We use Google Analytics 4 for this.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality, analytics, and spam protection on our forms (for example, an invisible challenge). You can control non-essential cookies through our consent banner and your browser settings.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your message or review your job application; to operate, secure, and improve the website; to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site; and to protect against spam and abuse on our forms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email from this website — there is no newsletter signup.
Booking, the caffé, and third-party services
Booking and purchases. Appointments are booked through Phorest, our salon software — including through any embedded calendar — and any retail or gift-card purchases happen on Phorest’s hosted store. This information is handled by Phorest under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and maps. We use Google Analytics 4, and we link to Google Maps for directions; these are governed by Google’s privacy policy. Form submissions are delivered by email through a form-handling service, with an anti-spam challenge as noted above. Links to third-party sites, such as Instagram, are governed by those sites’ own policies.
We share information with these service providers only as needed to run the site and respond to you.
How we store and protect your information
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a database on this website. We keep application and inquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose you provided it, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can decline non-essential cookies via our consent banner. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of analytics, by contacting us at the address below.
